We completed another great season of Chelsea Youth Football this weekend. We had 4 of our 6 teams playing in the championship game which is a remarkable accomplishment when you consider we have 46 teams in our league.
Our 75lb freshman Chelsea Blue team completed a perfect 11-0 season with a victory over a tough Leed’s Green Wave team 35-15.
Our 95lb sophomore Chelsea White team concluded a tremendous 10-1 season with a victory over our 95lb sophomore Chelsea Blue team 27-6.
For the 2nd year in a row Chelsea had 2 teams playing against each other in at least one championship game. Last season our two 115lb teams played for the championship.
Our 135lb senior Chelsea White team lost a hard fought game to Pell City Black 16-14. Our seniors ended up their season with an outstanding 10-1 record.
Our season was a tremendous success and we would like to thank all our parents, players and coaches for their support!!!
