Welcome to the new CYC website! If you had a user account on the old site, don’t worry. You should be receiving an email regarding your account sometime Wednesday November 4th, 2009. Within this email, you will be provided a temporary password to login to the new site. When doing so you will be asked to reinsert the temporary password, then a new password that will be unique to you. Once that is done, you will have access to the site.
When looking around the new site you will find the following:
- More information pertaining each sport offered by the CYC
- An Upcoming Games calendar on the right side of each page that allows filtering by sport / event category
- Individual or specific sport calendar under each sport menu item as well
- News Articles (very limited articles at this time, but expect this to grow as the new site gets more use) – News Articles will require a login after the initial launch!
- Get announcements / updates how you want to by using Facebook and/or Twitter
- Document repository categorized by each sport or organization
Additionally, the CYC team is working very diligently to provide some new information / functionality to our members. A few of these items are, but are not limited to:
- Online registration for each sport
- Online merchandise catalog so you can order CYC clothing
- A "past results" page under each sport where we can highlight league winners and All-Star results for past years
