Parents,
This Sunday, August 21 at The Rock Fitness Center behind Ruff & Tuff in Chelsea is "Cheer Day". Come out and support our CYC Cheerleaders. We will be selling $5.00 wristbands for inflatables, tattoos, face painting and games. New designed Chelsea Hornet t-shirts for Men, women and children, soda and water will be sold as well as horse rides, hair tinsel, Chelsea color jewelry and Entertainment books.
Cheer Day will begin at 2:00pm and will run until 6:00pm.
Also, this Sunday at Cheer Day The Rock Fitness Revolution is excited to announce Dr. Zack Steele from Chelsea Eye Care will be at The Rock to do a presentation on Sports Vision Training at 3:30PM. Your kids will get a chance to demo the Nike reaction training eyewear.
Using Nike reaction training eyewear, your child can improve his or her reaction time, peripheral vision and enhance their performance in a matter of weeks. Used by professional athletes, this program has been a way to enhance an overlooked part of athletic performance.
The Rock Fitness Revolution, working together with Chelsea Eye Care, is offering an 8 week program that comes with their own set of reaction strobe training eyewear. Please reserve a spot by calling The Rock at 618-9344 or by email, therockchelsea@gmail.com.
