Cheerleading Registration and Other Reminders!

Your CYC Cheer Board would like to remind you there is still time to consign your cheer uniform.  The deadline has been extended!  Please contact Andrea Lewis, CYCC Commissioner, at alewis@chelseayouthclub.org for more detailed information.

Other Reminders:

• UCA CAMP – The UCA Cheer Camp dates are July 30^th and 31^st and the cost of the camp is included in your registration fee!  Please mark your calendar and plan to attend.
   
• COACHES – There will be a Coach Clinic on July 29^th, also conducted by UCA.  We still have openings for Assistant Coaches.  Those interested can apply online or in person at registration.
   
• UNIFORMS – If you need a uniform (new or consigned), you MUST attend one of the in-person registration dates to be fitted.  
  • Registration Dates / Uniform Fittings
    • May 1^st from 8a-Noon at the Chelsea Recreation Park
      • New uniform fittings are only available 8a-10a
    • May 8^th from 8a-Noon at the CYC Baseball Park
      • New uniform fittings are only available 8a-10a
         
• APPAREL – There will be sample sizes of both the zipper jacket and t-shirt to try on at both registration dates.  If you registered online, this is the only opportunity to verify you have ordered the correct sizes.
    
• OPEN TO ALL – There are NO TRYOUTS to cheer for the Chelsea Youth Club Cheer Program.  The CYC Cheer Program is open to 5-12 year olds.
   
• GAMES – Each squad will cheer for 4 home games (played at Chelsea High School and 4 away games.
   
• REQUESTS – If there are requests to cheer with friends/siblings, please let us know.  We will gladly accept and consider all requests; however, we can not guarantee they will be granted.  Squads will be set after registration is closed and all squad decisions will be final.
